PiP Jdm style side mirrors?

That's on my short list of things to do, but I'm on the fence. Appears to be time consuming and I dislike removing panels etc., on a new car. Cost is reasonable and I like the look. My Lexus Is 350 has the same features. Our 2006 VW Beetle has the exterior signal feature. Sure wish Toyota had included this on the Prius, as a minimum on the Prius 5 and the Plug In Advance.

I have them on mine as well. Found someone to do the install for like $120. Took him 30 mintues.

Is this someone still in the business of installing them ?? I hate to ask, but is he/she a certified mechanic ?? Thank You in advance. Oh, how did things turn out ?? Does everything function as it should ??

 

Here in SoCal, there's no one better for the job than @sfv41901. I wouldn't trust this work to any so-called "professional."

I've seen Sean do mirror work many times. I first met him the day I hired him to do my folding mirrors. They've been working awesome since day one.

 

is Sean up in Palmdale ?? And do You know how much He charges for an install ??

Since i have Your attention... how about some advice on window tinting ?? i want to keep it legal at 70%... i know that 3M is out of the question... what would You recommend, Dylan ??
