proper resistance on prius battery cells?

    got a couple low voltage cells in my traction battery after triangle came on, so I know those cells need replaced. I tested all 28 cells. But what is the proper resistance value I should be looking for when testing the cells?

    If you are asking about internal resistance then the best way to measure that is to load test them with a headlight (high and low beams at the same time).
