small, faint rattles somewhere near the door lock mechanism that appears to only occur at 50+ mph. Very faint but it is driving me nuts. I’m sure the dealer won’t be able to “hear” it.
Anyone has this issue? It sounds like a loose nut or something in there somewhere. It could also be in the seat belt pillar area too (hard to pin point when you’re going at highway speed and can’t replicate it at low speed).

Yep, I have this too. Press on the area about of the seatbelt mechanism near your left ear. Right where the headliner meets the grey plastic.

I had rattling noises in both places you mentioned: Toward the rear of the driver's door and in the seatbelt adjustment mechanism. I corrected them today by adding felt tape to the back of the plastic "sleeve" of the seat belt adjuster. I pulled off the driver's door panel and added felt tape to essentially every wire bundle that I could find as well as to all points of contact between the door trim panel and the metal door frame to which it attaches. I'm happy to report that this took care of all the rattling noises (including the ones made when I play the radio).
