Studdering misfire on startup after cleaning Battery cooling fan air filter

What oil change stickers? Nope. Not sure what you mean, they also place this orange colored anti-tamper glue/plastic on parts to see if anyone else went into the engine and did work because a customer was blaming them for having metal pieces or chunks swirling around in their engine that damaged the engine. Unsure how that gives an answer because I can see someone else or myself not liking the look of it and taking it off with finger nails.. Plus like a few of them it looks like they just placed it over carbon/dirt.

That's another thing would mechanics be able to tell if the head gasket was even worked on and plugs weren't just replaced because they were "fouled" like I was told, plugs that I replaced around 20k miles ago with pre-gapped iridium Denso's.

After seeing behind the butterfly that greenish liquid some months ago, thinking about potentially taking off the throttle body and looking deeper after seeing this horror movie at 3:35 :

This poster solved his engine abrupt bucking issue on/off with replacing all the coils. The coils were bad. Very very super similar problem I have. They had 250k miles on theirs in 2019
